Marlaguette is the story of two friends, Élisabeth and Alix, who decided to launch their line of furniture and clothing for little girls after realizing that it is difficult to find products that combine elegance, charm and originality.
Our mission
Creating exceptional outfits and furniture that stand the test of time and endure, for girls from 3 to 14 years old. Our pieces have character and charm, and beauty never goes out of style!
Our story
A friendly crush , we met seven years ago in Gabon. Among our many shared passions, dressing our daughters enchants us and leads us to search for the best dressmakers. Pia and Maylis, the brunette and the blonde, find themselves dressed in charming, handcrafted outfits that will inspire other mothers around us!
Elisabeth Pecqueriaux
A graduate of an art school , passionate about fashion and interior design, she is married and the mother of four children. Endowed with a great imagination, overflowing with energy and creativity, she enjoys contact and meeting people.
During 15 years of expatriation in Central Africa, the Antilles and the Maghreb, she was able to take advantage of local crafts to imagine her own models of clothing, furniture, decorative objects , etc.
She left her mark in her path, and many of her encounters were inspired by her originality and her romantic, bohemian, and retro style. With Marlaguette, she is realizing her dream of being able to create a charming collection to dress her princesses.
Alix d' Escayrac
After a degree in corporate finance and professional experience in a business creation support firm, she also followed her husband to Central Africa, the Netherlands and the Maghreb.
In each country and between the births of her four children, Alix knows how to bounce back and has invested herself in multiple educational, social, and artistic projects. She created a brand of wax accessories in 2019, entrusting the manufacturing part to a workshop for women in rehabilitation.
Caring and committed, she devotes herself to projects that serve beauty and goodness. Her taste for fashion, sewing, and the care she takes in dressing her children lead her on the Marlaguette adventure with her dear friend!
